Also, you can apply for mediation or negotiation： A lessee can call 1999 appealing with Consumer Service Centers in every city. Each party can apply to the municipal governments or the county (city) governments for mediation, Township/District Offices, and TSUEI MA MA Foundation for Housing and Community Services.
